Magnetic kaiten sushi conveyor
Any frame of our magnetic conveyor is made of durable stainless steel (SUS304 food grade stainless steel). The conveyor belt and guides are made of a special alloy with low friction coefficient that allows the conveyor to continue working without major repair for up to 20-25 years of continuous work. Besides, the closed design of magnetic conveyor prevents pollution of moving elements by food or drinks. Support frame, cover, facing — everything can be styled to the design of the restaurant. The most popular and the simplest design of kaiten conveyor is the «Twins» type. It has a linear form that can be installed on premises of any size. It is ideal when starting a small restaurant. Length is limited only by the size of the restaurant. One end of the conveyor, as a rule, has to be connected to the kitchen for placement of dishes. The peculiarity of magnetic conveyor is that its movement is not visible until you put a plate on its surface, the mechanism is located completely under the work surface. If you look around on the Internet, you will find there are many different versions of magnetic conveyors. It is possible to produce almost anything — a determining factor influencing the design of kaiten is always the layout of the restaurant’s premises and the technical requirement of the client. The only restriction – conveyor tape must always be in the same plane. | ||

Currently, we offer clients one standard frame profile (375 mm.) of magnetic conveyor. It is universal and can be installed below or above a tabletop. Both the single-row and double-row variants are available. Double-row profile gives a chef the possibility of getting into the kitchen without bending down under the conveyor tape. Support frame, cover, facing — everything can be styled to the design of the restaurant. |
All standard elements of kaiten conveyors are always available. If the design provided by a client has non-standard elements — production terms slightly increase Profile is the main part of conveyor; it is attached to metal legs (pillars) or is mounted on the ready plane / tabletop. Usually standard height is about 1100 mm, but it can be any height. If a length of conveyor is up to 30 meters — one engine is used, but if a length is more than 30 meters — two, more than 60 meters — three and so on. |  |
