Water kaiten conveyor, sushi on boats

Any frame of our water conveyor is made of durable stainless steel (SUS304 food grade stainless steel). All materials have been approved for direct contact with foodstuff and are resistant to nonaggressive detergents.

Water kaiten (kaiten sushi boat) consists of boats moving along through a trough filled with water. There are different types of boats: wooden, metal, and plastic. They differ in dimensions and size / existence of a sail.

Speed of boats is regulated by the power of the water pump. Some clients also use dyes to create the additional effect of blue water. There are some cases of placing freshwater fishes in the water kaiten. Although it creates the need for additional cleaning, it is repaid because it attracts clients.

Water kaiten is very effective in drawing attention. According to experience of our clients, restaurants with this kind of kaiten have a good chance of being included in city tourist guides.

For continuous movement of boats on water kaiten conveyor, they are connected to each other along the entire length. It prevents jams and sums up the general impulse of movement — to stop one boat it's necessary to stop them all, it requires a great deal of effort.

In order to prevent water from gathering dust and to prevent dishes from becoming weather-beaten — some clients install a small roof made of transparent glass. More practical clients cover dishes with transparent covers and use water dyes.

Natural restrictions of water kaiten conveyor are smooth corners because boats cannot turn at 90 degrees. This design influences the form of the adjoining tabletop. If the client wants to use all length of the kaiten for seats — the tabletop with bends is required.
Some clients order two water kaitens located next to each other and moving in opposite directions. It attracts additional clients and increases the sum of the average bill.
